Use fill light and a teleprompter for your next short video
Stay close to the lens and keep your words in view. Prepare a short script, then rehearse before recording.
1. Set comfortable light
In the iOS app, choose video mode and adjust the screen light colour and brightness. Screen light works best at short distances; it is not a replacement for a studio lamp.
2. Write for speaking
Use short sentences in the prompting tool. Adjust text size and speed, and test mirroring if your setup needs it. The 10-second scrolling trial is free; continuous scrolling requires Pro.
3. Rehearse and review
The iOS prompter can accompany fill-light recording; the prompt text is not burned into the video. Web prompting is for filming with another device, does not record video and cannot change system brightness. Check sound, lighting and pacing before sharing.
